BATS Trading Inc. promotes Jessi Kingsbury to chief financial officer

Joe Ratterman, Chief Executive, BATS: "BATS takes great pride in the efficiency of its financial processes, which run so well because of the outstanding work ethic and attention to detail Jessi and her team employ."

Ms. Kingsbury, a founding employee of BATS, was previously controller. As CFO, she continues to be responsible for all financial functions at the firm, including financial planning and financial reporting.

"Were proud to promote Jessi, who has built an outstanding and reliable financial accounting system for BATS, from the ground up," BATS Chief Executive Joe Ratterman said. "BATS takes great pride in the efficiency of its financial processes, which run so well because of the outstanding work ethic and attention to detail Jessi and her team employ."

Prior to BATS, Ms. Kingsbury was controller at Tradebot Systems, where she was also an equities trader. Previously, she was responsible for various financial functions at Diversified Management Services Inc., Overland Park, Kan.
