As Chief Software Architect, TCA, Mr. Winner will lead the development of Instinet?s pre- and post-trade analytics tools which support Instinet?s Newport global portfolio trading platform.
?Andrew is a true pioneer in the TCA field,? said Alex Goor, Co-President at Instinet. ?He has been integral in the design, development and implementation of several of the industry?s most groundbreaking analytics tools, and we couldn?t be happier to welcome him to the Instinet family.?
Mr. Winner, a CFA charterholder with over 20 years of technology software development experience, joins Instinet from Winner Squared, a professional services firm focused on building financial technology solutions at which he served as principal and CFO after co-founding in 1997.
