3rd Annual Hedge Funds Trading & Investments
The Asian platform where investors and hedge funds convene to address urgent industry challenges such as attracting capital, mitigating risk and achieving absolute returns in volatile markets. Network while gaining the latest global industry updates - all in the convenience of one day out of the office.
Whilst we are not back to the halcyon years of 2003-2007 the hedge fund industry remains surprisingly robust. From its nadir of 2009 hedge funds have posted excellent growth fuelled by strong asset flows and positive performance.
With this in mind we’d like to invite you to attend our 3rd Annual Hedge Funds Trading & Investments conference on 8th November.
TradeTech Asia 2012 - Preliminary agenda
Whether you are buy-side looking to plan your future trading strategies, sell-side looking to demonstrate your expertise to new clients or a service provider wanting to showcase your latest offerings, TradeTech Asia will give you more.
Here’s some of what you'll find in the 2012 agenda:
· 6 Global Heads of Trading with a combined AUM of over US$5trillion confirmed so far and more to follow. For the first time TradeTech Asia will be opening with a Global Heads of Trading discussion on making money and sourcing liquidity in Asia and beyond. See below for exactly who has confirmed so far
· TradeTech Fundamentals: A brand new stream running to compliment our TradeTech Advanced stream. TradeTech Fundamentals will feature in depth workshops on complex strategies such as understanding how your algos work and how you can best react to the rise of HFT
· TradeTech FX: With liquidity scarce many asset managers are looking at new asset classes to enter. However the move into a new asset class throws up several new issues to be navigated. We present our first ever TradeTech FX stream, providing you with all you need to successfully execute FX trades
· TradeTech Roundtables: Taking place on the exhibition floor we will be running a series of informal discussions and speaker interviews outside of the main TradeTech content arena giving you greater access to our keynotes and more time to brainstorm with your peers
