    10.15am Dubai time: First announcement of the show, with RTS Realtime Systems Group telling us that Dubai-based GTL Trading DMCC has successfully deployed RTD Tango for its proprietary trading on the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX).

    A Dubai-based broker and clearing member of the DGCX, GTL Trading is utilizing RTS' algorithmic trading solution RTD Tango for market making. The firm is also utilizing the RTS Datacenter Hubs for connectivity to DGCX and additional counterparties. GTL, which provides execution and clearing services, is using RTD Tango for high frequency two-way market making of gold, currencies and the newly launched cash-settled WTI Light Sweet Crude Oil and Brent Crude Oil Futures contracts. "We needed a professional solution that takes away the complexity and enables us to quickly deploy our trading ideas; with RTD Tango this has been achieved," said Mr. M. Riaz Wahla, CEO of GTL. "We are pleased to have another clearing broker utilizing RTD Tango out of Dubai," commented Christian Zahm, Sales Manager at RTS, adding that "The combination of connectivity to DGCX and DME with our algorithmic trading solutions has enabled us to considerably extend our customer base in the Middle East."
