- NASDAQ OMX rolls out INET

The NASDAQ OMX Group has reported that it has successfully rolled out the INET trading system in all seven of its equities markets in the Nordics (Copenhagen, Helsinki, Iceland and Stockholm) and the Baltics (Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius).

Chi-X Europe has announced that on Friday 5th February it passed another record. Total consideration traded reached a record high of EUR 10.4 billion, surpassing the previous day's record of EUR 8.4 billion.
A spokesperson said: "To put this into context, today’s value traded represents more than the total for December 2007 (approx EUR 8 billion) and just under a quarter of the total for February 2009."
