Client Executive - English / Spanish / German Speaker

I am currently working with one of the world's largest independent financial advisory groups which provide independent advice on M&A, strategy and financing, as well as investment and wealth management solutions to large institutions, families, individuals and governments. They are currently looking for their next talented Client Executive in Zurich.

What you will do:

  • Answering client needs and queries, preparation of meetings, interaction with clients, external advisers on structures
  • Preparation of presentations, pitches, specific client documents and client materials
  • Managing independently a Spanish EAM
  • Execution of trade orders, payments, loans and account openings as well as client visits
  • Deputy for serving abroad offices and employee accounts
  • Building and managing your own client book where the main task is to solve open issues and check clients further potential
  • Responsible for timely and correct execution of payments for the company accounts Deputy of KYC Manager when required
  • Effectively handling of internal and external calls and taking appropriate actions
  • Analysis and high-level due diligence of financial and legal documentation on companies and assets going into the new client's structures in order to prepare structure charts and assets description
  • You are the second most trustworthy person and have a global role

You have:

  • A Bachelor degree in business related subject is an advantage
  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and German (written & spoken) is a MUST
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Private banking background preferred
