My Client is a Hedge Fund with a first class reputation and track record within high frequency trading. They seek people with at least 2 years experience within high frequency trading in any listed asset class. It is expected you will have researched, developed, implemented (or worked with a developer on implementation) and preferably run your strategies in the market. They are looking for people who can demonstrate exceptional returns - high Sharpe ect. A strong statistical and data intensive skill set is essential. They will commit capital to your strategies and pay you a percentage of the performance from your models. They are offering candidates the opportunity to trade their own strategies with little interference, access to vast capital pools, a profit sharing scheme, superior execution platforms that can reduce transactions costs, whilst increasing speed into the markets.
