Primary Responsibilities include:

•      Develop tools, scripts, and programs to implement test automation using Python.
•      Develop object oriented test automation framework.
•      Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python.
•      Identify, setup, test, and troubleshoot various permutations of software/network configurations.
•      Execute automation scripts to identify, log and track defects, and functional and configuration issues.

Required Experience

Skills required:

•      Shell and Python scripting experience in Linux
•      Experience with Object Oriented Programming in Python.
•      Experience with Automation testing (with open-source tools)
•      Experience with designing automation-testing framework
•      Familiarity with UNIX and Windows system administration
•      Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
•      Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. TCP\IP, Multicast etc) is a plus.
•      Financial Industry experience (stocks and options) is a plus
•      3-7 years of relevant IT experience
•      Must be self-starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team.
•      Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
•      Excellent communication skills.
