Introducing Broker (IB) / Institutional Sales Account Executive
Wall Street financial services company (Futures Commission Merchant) is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to develop and support our Introducing Broker and Institutional Sales Department. DUTIES:
Coordinate the development of the Introducing Broker and
Institutional Sales Departments
Organize a comprehensive sales strategy focused on generating new
business and partnerships for both departments
Work with Sales Manager to create leads via introductory calls,
mailings and other search means
Introduce and support new marketing and sales initiatives
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
Employ lateral communication with management to enhance products
and procedures
Generate relevant performance metrics to monitor sales goals and
create periodic reports for senior management on activities
within the Introducing Broker and Institutional Sales
Departments
Work with the Compliance Department to ensure the departments are
in compliance with US regulatory requirements
Liaise directly with clients, IBs, other FCMs, banks and other
business partners
EDUCATION:
Bachelors in business administration with a specialization in Finance, Marketing or Management.
SKILLS:
2+ years experience in the financial markets,Knowledge of the FX
Market is preferable
Previous experience with an FCM, introducing broker (IB) and
Institutional Sales Division preferred
Superior interpersonal and sales skills
Previous experience working at a start-up company preferred
Series 3 License is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal
trading platform applications
Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions as to
duration
Bilingual preferred
