KVH Co., Ltd., the Asian information delivery platform, has announced that Mr. Edward Higase will be appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer and Representative Director of KVH.
Mr. Higase will succeed Mr. Richard Warley, who will become a member of the Board of Directors of KVH. These changes will take effect from May 16, 2012.
Most recently Mr. Higase served as Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Global Crossing Ltd.'s (currently Level 3 Communications) Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) businesses.
