Stanley Young resigns as CEO of NYSE Technologies, joins Bloomberg EPS division


New York - NYSE Euronext has announced that Stanley Young has resigned as CEO of NYSE Technologies, effective immediately. Mr Young is to take up a position with Bloomberg as chief executive of Enterprise Products and Solutions division.

"We thank Stanley for his leadership in developing our Technologies business into a leading platform serving the capital markets community," said Dominique Cerutti, President and Deputy CEO, NYSE Euronext. "Our technology business is transitioning into its next phase of growth and development, and we remain focused on delivering innovative products and services that unlock potential for our customers and execute on our own community strategy."

Mr. Young joined NYSE Euronext in 2008. The Company said that a search for Mr. Young's replacement is underway.
