McKay Brothers lowers latency on Carteret-NY2 link.

Oakland, California - McKay Brothers has announced a latency reduction in its millimeter wave link between Carteret and Secaucus-NY2 to as low as 182 microseconds round trip. The improved performance is the result of McKay's ongoing effort to eliminate excess latency through route improvements, data center optimization and network equipment upgrades.

McKay Brothers offers private bandwidth at low latency on each leg of the so-called Treasury Triangle. US Treasury futures are traded in Aurora, IL while cash treasuries are traded primarily on venues located in Carteret and Secaucus, NJ.
