Brussels - SWIFT's new eLearning platform, SWIFTSmart, is now live with more than 200 individual courses and videos, including customised training programmes for cyber security and financial crime compliance.
SWIFTSmart is an interactive, cloud-based educational service that provides a digital catalogue of courses available in short content modules with animations, exercises and quizzes to help users understand and use SWIFT more effectively. The new service offers all swift.com account holders access via single sign-on and is available from any secure internet connection, working across multiple portable devices and operating systems. It can also be configured to adapt to different user profiles, behaviours and requirements.
Customised training programmes and specialised bootcamp sessions are also available for communities or institutions through SWIFT's consulting services business.
Key features of SWIFTSmart include:

SWIFTSmart is available to all SWIFT members for an annual fee. Starting in January 2017, all SWIFT members will be required to adopt the eLearning platform as their primary training channel for SWIFT's products and services. Additional tailored training programmes as well as focused bootcamps will remain available to the SWIFT community.
