Automated Trader Update: Mergers and acquisitions: IHS Markit, Fiserv, Monitise, Misys, Finastra make the news

Barclays, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Morgan Stanley took a stake in IHS Markit's KY3, and Fiserv made a 70 million GBP offer for Monitise. Meanwhile Misys and D+H combined to create Finastra, described as the third largest fintech company in the world.
