Data news this week as Deutsche Börse Systems expanded its low latency network from Frankfurt; to Paris, Amsterdam, New York and Chicago, Exegy added market data feed handlers for Omega, and Activ Financial announced that Bessemer Venture Partners has made a minority equity investment in the firm.
