BT Global Services positioned in the Leaders Quadrant for three network service provider Magic Quadrants

London - BT has announced that it is positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders Quadrant in three Magic Quadrants: Global Network Service Providers; Pan-European Network Service Providers; and Asia Pacific Network Service Providers.
According to Gartner, "Leaders have a full portfolio of voice and data products, coupled with above-average service and support, wide global coverage and competitive pricing. They have a strong vision that includes adopting more information and communication technology (ICT) capabilities, which is a strategy they articulate clearly and openly."

In early March 2012, BT announced "a new dimension of intelligent networks for business" as a major update to BT Connect. The move established 'intelligence' as a new dimension for the definition of network performance alongside speed, availability, scope, security and resilience. Key components of BT Connect now include BT Connect IQ evaluator tool to assess and improve networks; enhanced customer portal for managing network services from any device; new unified dashboard for Connect applications portfolio; and a new suite of BT Connect applications.
