"Customers are not only seeking connectivity to the primary exchanges, but they also require the necessary infrastructure support to deliver increasing data volumes at the lowest latencies possible."

New Jersey - Hudson Fiber Network has partnered with Cross River Fiber for a new ultra-low latency route between 755 Secaucus Road in Secaucus, NJ and 300 Boulevard East in Weehawken, NJ.

The strategic alliance aims to provide both companies with exclusivity in selling the new route which they claim will be 25% shorter than current paths. The launch is set for Q4 2012.

"Customers are not only seeking connectivity to the primary exchanges, but they also require the necessary infrastructure support to deliver increasing data volumes at the lowest latencies possible. This route provides them with a clear, competitive advantage" said Brett Diamond, President, Hudson Fiber Network.

"Speed is paramount in the financial services industry," adds Vincenzo Clemente, CEO, Cross River Fiber. "Because we were looking to build the fastest route between these two locations today, we wanted to work with a trusted leader in delivering ultra-low latency connectivity. This qualifies Hudson Fiber Network as the partner of choice on this route, and the other ones we are deploying with them."
