"FX Buzz will provide, quite simply, all an FX trader needs to know to be at the top of their game."

New York & London - Thomson Reuters has announced the launch of an analysis and commentary service which will provide real-time foreign exchange (FX) insight to the FX community.

Reuters FX Buzz is integrated into Thomson Reuters premium desktops, Thomson Reuters Eikon and Reuters 3000 Xtra, enabling FX traders to consume and act upon market-changing information through a dedicated one-stop service.

Based in forex centers in Europe, Asia and North America, the FX Buzz editors and analysts, including members of the IFR Markets Forex desk, will be providing dedicated coverage of G10 currencies plus other major currencies and emerging markets. The team has access to Thomson Reuters FX data as well as Reuters breaking geo-political and macro-economic news to fuel their findings, analysis and recommendations.

Andrew Hausman, managing director, Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange, Thomson Reuters, said: "FX traders are bombarded by all the news and information that comes across their desks each day; they need a source that they trust implicitly to provide a filter and opinion that matters. With FX Buzz we will be providing short, pithy summaries of market-moving developments in foreign exchange with predictions, opinions and technical analysis from our seasoned experts - people who have years of experience both working in and writing about the FX markets. FX Buzz will provide, quite simply, all an FX trader needs to know to be at the top of their game."
