FRANKFURT -(Dow Jones)- The Chief Financial Officer of Germany's Hochtief AG (HOT.XE), Peter Sassenfeld, said he sees a large potential for joint projects with the construction company's major shareholder, Spain's Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA (ACS.MC), according to a report in Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.

The two companies' combined revenue from such projects could reach a high single-digit billion euro amount, he said, according to the report.

Hochtief and ACS could cooperate at traffic projects in North America and Australia or electricity cables in Germany, Sassenfeld noted.
