National Grid Sets Pricing On Sterling 15Y Bond At Gilts +1.65

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- National Grid PLC (NG.LN), an operator of regulated electricity and gas infrastructure networks, has set pricing on its sterling-denominated, 15-year bond at 165 basis points over gilts, one of the banks running the deal said Tuesday.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Lloyds Banking Group PLC, Mizuho, and the Royal Bank of Scotland are the lead managers on the deal.

The issuer is rated A3 by Moody's Investors Services, A- by Standard and Poor's Corp., and A by Fitch Ratings.
