BT Group PLC Transaction in Own Shares

LONDON--BT Group PLC (BT.A.LN) said Wednesday that it bought for treasury 2 million shares at an average price of 202.66 pence a share.

-Shares closed Wednesday at 202.7 pence valuing the company at GBP15.9 million.
