UK Prime Minister Wants RBS CEO Bonus Limited To GBP1 Million -FT

U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron says Stephen Hester, the chief executive of Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC (RBS), should receive a bonus of no more than GBP1 million this year--half that of last year, the Financial Times reported Tuesday, citing government officials.
The officials said the UKFI, which is responsible for managing the U.K. government's shareholdings in RBS and Lloyds, will send a tough message to RBS's remuneration committee on Wednesday, the newspaper reported.
