MUMBAI -(Dow Jones)- HDFC Bank Ltd. (500180.BY) Tuesday said it has appointed Donald D'Souza as the head of equity capital markets of its investment banking division.

D'Souza was earlier the president of investment banking at India Infoline Ltd. (532636.BY), the bank said in a press release.

At HDFC, D'Souza will be responsible for building the equity capital market business, including origination and execution of capital raising mandates.
