Lowell Group Plans GBP200 Million Senior Secured High-Yield Bond

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Consumer debt services provider Lowell Group Plc plans a GBP200 million seven-year bond, said one of the banks on the deal Tuesday.

The company will be roadshowing this week for its debut bond, for which proceeds will be used for refinancing purposes.

Expected ratings are B1 from Moody's and BB from Standard & Poor's.

JPMorgan and Lloyds Group are lead managers of the deal.
