LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Commodities company Xstrata PLC (XTA.LN) Tuesday said shareholders have approved all resolutions including the company's remuneration report at the annual general meeting held May 1.

Shares at 1322 GMT up 4 pence, or 0.3%, at 1181.5 pence.
