British Sky Broadcasting Buys Back 445,000 Shares

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC (BSY.LN) said Wednesday it purchased 445,000 ordinary shares on May 22 at an average price of 692.00 pence per share for cancellation.
-Shares at 0737 GMT up 1%, at 695 pence, valuing the company at GBP11.7 billion.
