The Treasury says the recapitalisation eligibility criteria include the capitalisation plan, a sustainable business model, a clear funding profile and credible business management. The Treasury also says if the issue is to provide capital, it will carry terms and conditions that relate to dividend policy, remuneration, lending policy and wioder public policy issues. click here to return to the top of the page
