US CDO: The NY Fed announced today that it awarded the holdings
in its Maiden Lane III portfolio to Barclays Capital and Deutsche
Bank Securities. It is mostly collateralized debt obligations for
CDOs. Bids were accepted on an "all-or-none" basis through
BlackRock Solutions, the Fed's investment manager.
